Information we receive

If you email us, we receive the information you send, including your name, email address, club, message and any optional contact or timing details. Please do not send member lists or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange calls, assess potential projects and keep relevant business records. A call request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Providers and overseas handling

This website and its business mailbox use Hostinger. Their infrastructure and support may process information outside Australia. Your own email provider also processes messages you send. We do not sell enquiry information.

Technical information

The hosting service may keep security and access logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times. This release does not install advertising pixels, visitor analytics, social embeds or tracking cookies. Montserrat fonts are served directly by this website.

Retention and requests

We retain relevant correspondence while handling your enquiry and any resulting project, and for legitimate business record requirements. Contact Steve to ask about retention, deletion, access or correction. We may need to retain records required for an active project or legal obligations.
